Knock & Run Theatre are excited to announce their second major production following their award winning debut Suicide Incorporated, with "Grace" by Craig Wright.

Grace is a tragicomedy that explores human assumptions about how God, goodness, faith and causality operate. Steve and Sara have relocated to Sunrise, Florida to pursue an unbelievably wonderful business deal, but as the deal slowly unravels Sara finds herself increasingly drawn to their next-door neighbour, Sam, a badly-scarred victim of a recent car accident who wants nothing to do with her or her Bible-quoting husband. In the end, with a little help from an old German exterminator who's still angry about the effects of World War II, all three characters are confronted by a world that's both better and worse than any religion can justify.

How do you justify the unjustifiable? To convince yourself that a decision, so extreme, so final, makes perfect sense? Do the solutions - the fixes - we devise in our darkest moments have to make sense to anyone but you? The Fix poses these very question, as two complete strangers find themselves trapped together on the rooftop of a high-rise.

The Fix is a gritty black comedy/drama that highlights issues that are both confronting and heart-breaking as each man grapples with their own inner demons, family conflicts and ghosts from the past that have determined the directions they have each taken in life. It soon becomes clear that, while they are very different people, their stories are not so different.

"St John's"

The Momentum Project is an initiative designed by Knock And Run Theatre to assist in the development of brand new plays.

In 2017 K&R worked with 5 very talented young writers from all over NSW to write a new script with characters and stories linked together by time and place. The play was titled "St John's" and it followed the employees and visitors of a St John's hospital over a 24 hour period.
